My ideal group should have a leader to rationally arrange the works for all the group members.
The group memers need to be enthusiasitc and glad to help. Everyone has a clear idea about what they can do and what they are arranged to do.
Enough discussion is neccessary for a team to work as a whole. To create a good atmosphere, I think the leader should take the responsibility of opening the conversation. Also, other group members should continue discussing with the same goal. The opnions do not have to be the same but they should aim to the same goal which best fits the assignment requirement.
Hey Shuai. First of all, I am very excited to be in your group. Secondly, I agree with your views on the leadership of the group. A lot of what the group achieves depends on the leadership. I hope we can establish a clear idea of where we want the group to be in the project.
