1. The topic what we choose is PC vs. Mac. We are arguing in favor of PC's
2. We are describing the advantages and disadvantages of PC's and Macs. We will talk about the competition between PC's and Macs. We will present the debate in different ways.
3. Audience: Companies that use many computers who need suggestion on which one to buy. And also, individual customers like students. Sometimes, students who studying in different majors may choose different one. For example, usually graph design major students choose Mac but literary students choose PC.
4. We will use video interviews to show the feedback of customers.
We will also make an advertisement video for a brand of PC to show our view.
Our third genre will be a magazine article.
Everything will be presented via PPT.

You groups unit 3 proposal is a great idea, as i feel the issue of PC vs. Mac is very relevant at this time. Also, you made a good point when you talked about how certain majors pick to use different computers that help fit their needs.
ReplyDeleteHow do you plan to explain why you favor PCs? Are you planning on presenting this in a debated fashion or simply stating that PCs are better? This seems like an interesting topic to do and I think you will do a great job.
ReplyDeleteEverybody has an opinion on this issue, so this is a great argument. I am also wondering how you are going to explain why you are pro PC's? My brother is an Apple person and I'm a PC person so we always debate about this.I look forward to hearing your presentation!
